BOOKING FORM

By completing and returning this form you are agreeing that you have read, understood and accept our terms and conditions

  1. These terms and conditions are between “MJH Training” and the “customer”.

  2. Once the customer has returned a completed booking form to MJH Training, the customer is agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in the form and it becomes a binding contract. MJH training will the notify the customer of it’s reciept of a completed booking form by dispatching course information, accompanied by an invoice for the services of MJH Training sent by e mail or post.

  3. Should the customer wish to cancel a booking, the customer must notify office@mjhtraining.co.uk in witing by letter or e mail headed “Notice of Cancellation”. For the avoidance of doubt Notice of Cancellation will not be accepted by telephone. IF the course is cancelled the following charges will apply:

    14 working days - 50% of the invoice

    7 working days - 100% of the invoice

  4. If the customer provides MJH Training with Notice of Cancellation with more than 14 days prior to the commencement date of the course a full refund of any course fees paid will be returned without cancellation charges applied.
